A large hand-built stoneware mug with my hand drawn image applied. Designed for holding cupped in two hands, whilst celebrating the magnificence of one of our local views.
Charlton House is a Jacobean building in the heart of Charlton villlage, Royal Borough of Greenwich. It has served the local community so very well; including as a wartime hospital, museum, toy library, community hub & in 2021 even as one of the UK's earliest Covid19 vaccination centres, where I spent many happy volunteer hours. Locals appreciate the cafe too and with the house setting in beautiful surroundings, the park & gardens are a welcome and engaging green space.
