👦 A shorter one hour class to include children, & priced for a group*. This is specially for children too young to stand at my workbench with a sat space for you and your child. Your child will need to be big enough to sit to a table space in a regular chair & be prepared to give those under 7 your close help, alongside me of course! SEN welcome, of course.


*booking generally for max of four but I can create additional space if needed, let’s discuss.


👶Examples of projects, Butterly and insect drinking dish, pinch pots, tile relief, hand built bowls, children’s plates, seasonal figures, let’s discuss what you’d like before you book if it’s important. 👧Enjoy friendly and age appropriate tuition in a professional fully equipped studio. You’ll use studio grade stoneware clay and tools in the studio workspace & we’ll work together to explore this remarkable material which children respond very positively to, with multiple benefits for learning and well being. Your work will be fully fired and glazed.

📍 Held at my riverside studio near Woolwich (Thamesside Studios, https://www.thames-sidestudios.co.uk).

🧒Collection to be arranged, your work should be ready in around 4 weeks.


👧DBS checked & certified, public liability insured and I am experienced at working with children in small or larger groups.


🪴 The studio has level access with toilet integral to my space. Do let me know at point of booking if you have any additional learner needs.


🪴 Children’s classes for a bigger group or party can also be booked for a specific date in an additional and very nice sat space [which I hire & book] 30 secs around the corner. Let me know how many you're intending to book for (8 children max please) and I can quote & check this availability. Children’s party groups or special family gatherings with an activity for everyone are all great in this lovely setting and there is plenty of space for a cake table etc.
