Inlaid rectangular server, white stoneware

£68.00 Sold out

Hand built server in white stoneware with hand drawn in-lay. The 'Mishima' technique involves carving into a drier surface, flooding stained liquid clay into the grooves and then scraping back to reveal. The dish is fully vitrified (fired to full maturity temperature) ceramic but without glaze- great for food photographs. Use to serve salads, fruit, sausages, bbq, this useful dish is useful for everything and is equally at home for your summer table or winter veg. In our house this style is handy for felt tips and car keys too!

*NB* ask for a photo of the current stock I hold, these are made frequently and with slightly different patterns.

Dishwasher safe. 28cm x 23cms. Rim is 5.5cm high.
